Satisfaction Policy
We at Imagine Talent Group, LLC. are committed to providing you with the best coaching services. We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our coaching programs. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and we will do our best to address your concerns or provide a refund where applicable. Our goal is to ensure your experience with us is positive and beneficial.
SATISFACTION POLICY
At Imagine Talent Group, LLC., we are committed to providing a high-quality, grounded, and supportive coaching experience.
Because coaching is a collaborative and experiential process, results are not guaranteed and depend on your participation and engagement.
CONCERNS & SUPPORT WINDOW
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your purchase, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of your initial session or product access.
We will make a good-faith effort to address your concerns and support you in receiving value from the experience.
RESOLUTION PERIOD
If your concerns are not resolved after working together, you may submit a formal refund request within 30 days of your original purchase.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is offered in special circumstances at Coach's sole discretion, it will be prorated for sesssions delivered/time reserved an any administrative costs. Chargebacks are not a refund mechanism.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied in the following circumstances:
Failure to participate in sessions or program requirements
Completion of a significant portion of the program or service
Missed payments on a payment plan
Change of mind without attempt to resolve concerns
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise specified.
